By accessing the codemail.ca website and using the services of CodeMail Technologies Inc. ("CodeMail", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CodeMail is an anti-phishing email protection platform (SaaS). The service allows businesses to assign a unique verification code to each of their clients, so they can authenticate legitimate emails.

To use the service as a business (supplier), you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity performed under your account.

The content of the website, including text, images, logos, source code and design, is the property of CodeMail Technologies Inc. and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Pricing and Payment

Service rates are displayed on our website and may be modified with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed by our secure payment partner. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. CodeMail reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeMail provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be free of errors or interruptions. In no event shall CodeMail Technologies Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Data Protection

The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy. CodeMail is committed to complying with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information and applicable federal laws.

10. Changes to Terms

CodeMail reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. Your continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Bedford, Quebec.
