Your emails pass through our servers before being delivered. For each registered recipient, their personal code is automatically injected at the top of the message. Your clients recognize your real emails at a glance.

Processing adds less than 50ms per email. For unregistered recipients, the email is forwarded unchanged.
Zero change on the client side

AES-256 encrypted codes
Personal codes are encrypted in our database. Even CodeMail cannot read them in plain text. Zero-knowledge architecture.
Automatic fallback
If the relay is unavailable, your emails are forwarded normally without blocking. Your sending is never interrupted.

Create your supplier account

Invite your clients to register
Share your custom link by email, SMS, or on your website. Your clients sign up in 30 seconds — your company is automatically pre-selected.
Manage your clients from the portal
Add clients manually, import a CSV file, view their activity and export your data at any time from your dashboard.

Secure API key
Your API key identifies you to the SMTP relay and portal. It is displayed and copyable in your dashboard. Never share it — it grants access to your client list.

View your activity stats: number of registered clients, weekly and monthly growth, and recipient coverage rate.
Alerts & renewal
Receive alerts in the portal and by email 30 days before your contract expires. Client data is retained for 60 days after expiration.
API rate limit: The supplier portal API is limited to 60 requests / 15 minutes per IP. For high-volume integrations or dedicated API access, contact our support.
